How the Team Course Works
All athletes, involved in any sport, usually playing at the junior high, high school, or college levels.
Each week of the course comes with its own dedicated digital video. It is recommended that athletes watch each week’s video before completing the workbook pages.
Each athlete will receive access to their own digital course through a set of credentials provided to the coach.
Coaches will be provided with their own digital companion guide that accompanies your team’s journey.
Because this course is digital, teams can start immediately. Participants will need internet access, a journal or notebook, plus the workbook.
