All athletes, involved in any sport, usually playing at the junior high, high school, or college levels.
Each week of the course comes with its own dedicated digital video.
A workbook guides you through each week of the program. It can be printed or used as a journal companion.
Because this course is digital, you can start today. You’ll need internet access, plus a journal or notebook.
