How This Course Works
All athletes, involved in any sport, usually playing at the junior high, high school, or college levels.
Each week of the course comes with its own dedicated digital video. It is recommended that athletes watch each week’s video before completing the workbook pages.
I’ve created a workbook to guide you through each week of the program. The workbook is available to download and can be printed or used as a companion to a notebook or journal.
Because this course is digital, you can start today. Participants will need internet access, a journal or notebook, plus the workbook.
